Current Projects
The 2006-2007 research cycle includes a multi-component six-country research study on measuring telecom sector and regulatory performance, with emphasis on effects on the poor and women; a five-country study on telephone use at the Bottom of the Pyramid; a study on reducing transaction costs in agricultural markets; CPRsouth, a capacity and field-building program to develop an Asia-Pacific scholarly networks on ICT policy and regulation; and the Executive Training Course on Regulation and Reform, among others.
