LIRNEasia’s activities as a non-profit entity incorporated under the Sri Lanka Companies Act are conducted under the supervision of a Board of Directors representing the private and non-profit sectors (in Sri Lanka), namely:

• Rohan Samarajiva, Ph.D.: Executive Director, LIRNEasia; Director External Programs, LIRNE.NET; Member, Management Team, World Dialog on Regulation for Network Economies
• Vinya Ariyaratne, M.D., Ph.D.: Executive Director, Lanka Jatika Sarvodaya Shramadana Sangamaya
• Milagros Rivera, Ph.D.: Associate Professor and Chair, Communications and New Media Program, National University of Singapore
• Mervyn de Silva: Managing Director, Hayleys Industrial Solutions
• Luxman Siriwardena: Director of Programs, Pathfinder Foundation; Director of External Affairs, LIRNEasia
• Sithie Tiruchelvam: Chair, Neelan Tiruchelvam Trust; Managing Partner, Tiruchelvam Associates (linked to key NGOs such as International Centre for Ethnic Studies & Law and Society Trust)
